Wow, best burger ever! I ordered three number ones and a BLT for some folks that were working for me. place a phone order at 10:59 went there at 11:07 and the place was packed. The double cheeseburgers were hot and fresh as were the French fries great job on a great product.

The greasiest burger I've ever have but you get a lot of food! If you want a calorie carb packed meal this is the place to go! And it's cheap!

I love this place. I did not go to the location before it was rebuilt, but this is a staple for me when I want a great hamburger that has quality at a great price. Stepping into Griff's reminds me of the 1950's styles hamburger joints. Its clean. The staff are friendly. The service is fast. But the burgers....the burgers are divine. My favorite is the giant bacon cheese burger. They come loaded. I like mine with mayo/ketchup. I put salt and pepper on it to taste and consume it there on the premises while it is still piping hot. For added flavor, I do bring my own cajun seasonings to spice it up. The fries are thin and crisp. The softdrinks are balanced perfectly. The best thing is the price: One would go to some of the higher priced chains and pay up to $$ for a burger of this size and quality. But not at Griff's. It will not dent your wallet. It is one of the best burgers I have eaten in the area.

Oh my heck. Ladies and gentlemen, the best burger you will ever eat is right here! Better than In N' Out (oh, yes I did), better than Hodads, better than Five Guys'. Right. Freaking. Here. I bought lunch for my movers and this is the place they wanted burgers from. I had hoped they would say Five Guys, so I was a little disappointed. I ordered the double burger with mayo and mustard and added mushrooms. One day I had onion rings, another day fried mushrooms and another the fries. Lord, help my cholesterol. So so so amazing! It's messy. It's greasy. It's heaven. I also tried a lemon turnover and just about lost myself in foggy bliss. This place. Mmm. The employees are always nice and chit chat. Try Griff's!!

As far as fast food burgers go, I would put Griff's up there with the best of them. I've eaten a lot of burgers and this is the best one I've had in Shreveport. I think if I ate there more frequently I'd be hurting but definitely something good when you're in the mood for greasy and filling. Plus it's right down the road from base so it's close and easy.

Great! Large, juicy vurgers. Fries tasted fantastic, basically a big greasy burger place. You come here when you know you want some comfort food. Will definitely be coming back again and again.

If your looking for a big sloppy cheesy burger then this is the place to be! Lots of different choice to customize.. Last time I got bacon, pepper jack cheese and peperoncini on my double.. Delicious with great fast service! Good sub for in and out burger...Only if they had a military discount :/ just a lil better then 5 guys. 3 star cause a five star would have different breads , bigger bacon, thicker meat, etc. it's a fast food joint ya know...

The prices were fair, and the people that had actually been working are friendly . I ate here and one of the employees was making out with another, the kitchen staff do not wear gloves. It could have very well been an off day but in all honesty there were atleast 6 employees just hanging out chatting it up. By the looks of things their was plenty to do.

Ok I may catch a lot of grief from this, because EVERYBODY just RAVES about Griff's, but to me it tastes just like Sonic without the flavor. Seriously. I've been to Griff's several times and every time I leave disappointed. No matter what's on my burger, there is no flavor to it. My husband ate their first and came home saying that it was the BEST cheeseburger and even he has said that since that first time it hasn't been NEAR as good. We don't go back for hamburgers anymore, but we do go for the apple pies! Those NEVER disappoint! YUM!

This place is legendary! I remember it fondly as a child, then up through high school and college to present day. The triple-meat cheeseburger meal, with fried mushrooms, instead of fries and a large Coke, is what I roll with these days, and I do mean roll, as in, roll my big butt out the door after eating all of this. All of their burgers are excellent, as is their steak sandwich! If grease is what you want or need (cough! hangover remedy!) then grease is what you will get at Griff's, and there are many days, where there's nothing wrong with that. I love Griff's and I'm pretty sure, that the love is reciprocal.

I recently came home for a visit and Griffs was on the top of my "to eat at" places. Great hamburgers. And the real reason I love them....fried lemon pies. oh yes. they did.

Grease! That's the word to describe everything about this place . As soon as you walk in the door you can just feel it in the air. The menu on the billboard just oozes with it for example Double Pattie Cheese burgers with bacon extra cheese on request. Warning Paramedics are not standing by.
